Apr 1, 2006 San Francisco Natasha Mitrofanova and Daniel Klionsky met at Daniel's home in San Francisco.

Natasha lives and works in Paris. She works for a French company that organizes opera and ballet performances in all over the world. Many of the performers Natasha works with are Russian, the cast of the opera company touring in the US was from Moscow. Natasha is a native speaker of Russian and English (her French is flawless as well)

She and her mother, Ella Beilin, immigrated to the United States from Leningrad, Russia in 1978. Natasha lived New York, before moving to France fifteen years ago.

The cousins drank tea and discussed our family web site (of course!). Later, Daniel and family took Natasha on a tour of the nearby Pacific Heights neighborhood.

Everybody had a great time.
